If it is an urgent matter after business hours, the office voicemail will give you the cell phone number for Colby. Please text or leave a voicemail explaining your emergency. If you do not get a return phone call from Colby, see other phone numbers on this page.


AFTER HOURS LOCKSMITH

If you are locked out of your apartment and it is after business hours call People's Lock at 617-908-0232. The locksmith will bill you directly for service calls. 


AFTER HOURS MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY

If you cannot reach the property manager and you have a maintenance emergency ONLY, please call Alvaro at 617-285-9205. Make sure to leave a message with your emergency and apartment address.


Remember please call the Property Manager FIRST on all issues and only call other phone numbers if you do not hear back. 


RENT PAYMENTS

Rent payments are due on the 1st and should be paid directly through the online tenant portal. Each tenant has their own unique portal where they are able to pay rent directly from their checking or savings accounts, or by credit card.

POWER OUTAGE

1450 COMMONWEALTH AVE.: 
If you lose power, go to the basement and on your way to the laundry room, you will find circuit breakers labeled for each individual apartment. Shut all breakers to your apartment off, then turn back on. If the entire building is out, there is an issue in the street that Eversource will handle. Contact Eversource to notify them and get an estimate time frame for the repair.


1615 COMMONWEALTH AVE.:

If you lose power, go to the electrical room in the basement behind the laundry room. Find the circuit breaker labeled with your apartment number. Flip the breakers off, then back on.


If you only get partial power back on in your apartment, that means you blew a fuse. Typically in the kitchen of the apartment, there is a small metal box on the upper portion of the wall. There are 4 fuses that screw in and out like a light bulb. You should be able to tell which one blew as the glass window on the front of the fuse will be black. 


Take the fuse out with you to a hardware store to ask for a replacement. Sometimes extra fuses are kept in a small yellow box in the electrical room in the basement.

237-241 FREEMAN ST.:

Check the circuit breakers in your apartment first. The circuit breaker could be by the back stairs or in one of the bedrooms. Shut breakers off then back on. If that does not work, go to the basement to find the main breaker for your apartment, shut the breaker off then back on.
